We have structured the workshop around the exchange of ideas, more than around uni-directional presentations. There will be, however, a few selected presentations which covers the general issues of AOP.
Everyone will have the chance to talk. In fact, the morning will be dedicated to hearing everyone's position statement. The discussions will be held during the afternoon.
So, we would like to ask everyone, including the 5 selected speakers and the passive participants (i.e. those who didn't submit a position paper), to prepare a brief 2-5 minute overview of their position STATEMENTS. The idea is that everyone has at most 5 minutes to say whatever they want, but here are some guidelines:
Further, we have another challenge. We would like you to prepare a poster presenting your position paper. During the coffee breaks people can discuss with you what's in them. This will certainly increase the exchange of ideas among the participants, and will be a great warm up for the afternoon discussions. We will have the posters inside the workshop room during the morning, and we will put them outside around lunch, so that other people in the conference can see them. We hope many of you will take this challenge!
