Authors of selected papers will be invited to make short presentations.  However, the workshop will be highly interactive in that most of the time will be devoted to group discussions.  We will form working groups to attack specific areas of interest under this topic.  Working groups will report to the main group at the end of the day, and work to prepare a workshop summary for publication.
